I have used Cute Puppy for my creation. The digital background papers are from my digital stash.  I have used washi tape across the bottom and  a Scrapmatts chipboard sentiment.

I guess I did move the circle up a little more than the sketch, but hey I like the designer paper and wanted a bit more of a gap to see it.

I have used "Christmas Bear" for another card for my Christmas Card Stash.
