It is time for another challenge in our Facebook Group and the optional twist is "I spy ...B". I love butterflies, so this was a good time to start my junk journal on butterflies. Here is my first page using Butterfly Girl.

Today I am working with my Altenew Paint-a-Flower Lotus Outline stamp set. Last year I bought one of these, but it didn't flower. I am hoping it will this year, but at least the stamp is showing a beautiful flower. This stamp set has quite a few sentiments with it to choose from and I decided to use Miss U and Friend - a perfect card to send to a friend when we are in lockdown, like NOW.
Don't forget our September "Anything Goes" Blog Challenge and our store has heaps of other Altenew Paint-a-Flower stamps to check out - there are 14 different flowers, all with plenty of sentiments. They are a beautiful stamp to ink. I am sure you will be happy when you purchase one or two or if you are like me, you won't stop there.

Here is some inspiration for Conie Fong Art & Design. Did you know Conie has two challenges each month on her Facebook Group. There is a colouring challenge and a finished project challenge each month.
It is never too early to get started on your Christmas cards and Conie's Etsy shop has beautiful Christmas images. Today I have used "Christmas Carole" One thing I can say about the images, they are so easy to colour. I often sit down of a night and use everyday coloured pencils or Prismacolor pencils just to relax myself.
I have used a white card base, designer paper from SU, a couple of punches and foam tape to make this card. How easy is that?
I hope you grab come of Conie's images, she often has discounts and specials. There is one on now with a 25% discount and new releases are usually on sale when they first come out.
Bye for now,

Sandra has excelled herself with this release. The theme of this release is centred around Thanksgiving and Halloween. I am showcasing "Sliced Turkey" but as we don't celebrate Thanksgiving in Australia, I decided to make it a Be Thankful of yourself card. Here is my inspiration #3358 Sliced Turkey by Sandra Caldwell available in the Etsy shop from the first day of release.
See you at the next release.

Conie;s September challenge is underway at the Facebook Group page.
As GDT again this month, here is my inspiration for the Challenge.
I have used a pastel green square card, designer paper from my stash, red cardstock, green bling and a flair. Isn't "Santa's Little Helper" the cutest. He is available in Conie's Etsy shop and is great value with the Santa sack and at the moment there is a 25% discount so don't miss out on that because I am not too sure how long it will last.
You can enter just a colouring now and in a month or two enter the same coloured image into the Project Album. No stress at all there! You just can't enter a colouring and a project with the same coloured image in the same month. How laid back is that - my type of challenge!
I hope you will check out the Conie Fong Art & Design Facebook Group as well as the Etsy shop. There is still a 25% discount going on there at the moment, a great time to grab some more images. There is even a new one out involving kittens, my favourite kind of image.
See you in either place!
I hope you will join our monthly blog challenge at Bizzy Bec's. As always our theme is "Anything Goes".
For my inspiration this month I have made this card.
White card, Kaisercraft designer papers, circle die, scallop punches, resin hearts
This is the cutest stamp - I think I will have to look at what other Squidgies are available at Bizzy Bec's. Stamping Bella stamps seem very good quality.
Don't forget our monthly challenge, hope to see your creations there.

Thank you to Leann's World 101 for the August/September Progressive challenge image "Raina". As soon as I saw Raina I thought of gypsies, so hence my card.

I hope you will join us in our Blog Challenge. It is always "Anything Goes". See you there.
For the background I have used a KennyK digital background called "City Buildings". I have coloured my images with everyday coloured pencils and used three hearts on the side of the black pearl cardstock.

Well you did it Mark - fell off your pushbike and now you are off your feet for three months. Mark is a very keen road bike rider much to the dismay probably of many motorists. Apparently a crack in the road sent him tumbling and has broken the pelvic bone that holds the ball bone in your hip. I wanted to say so many things in the card so I decided to follow Beccy's Place August Blog Challenge which would give me a few areas for words.
My flip-a-coin challenge resulted in add stitching, gatefold card, digital stamp, add buttons and any occasion except birthday.
This was fun and I hope Mark enjoys this card. He should get a smile out the lycra and landcruiser quotes. Hope it doesn't hurt when he laughs, knowing Mark he will just grin!
I have used Beccy's freebies for this card - the coloured flannel flowers Beccy's Place: Flannel Flowers (beccysplace.blogspot.com) , the gumnut blossoms and the June freebie paper Beccy's Place: June Challenge (beccysplace.blogspot.com)
I am entering Beccy's Challenges: August Challenge (beccyschallenges.blogspot.com) Checked
This is my progressive creation for August over at The Outlawz Challenges. A big thank you to Twinkle Lane Designs for New Car.

For this challenge I decided to make some ATCs using Gecko Galz products.
Here is another page complete in my Steampunk Junk Journal thanks to this image challenge over at Fripperies and Butterflies.

Sandra has another release out for August. I am showcasing #3670 Miss Rosie Gal available in the Etsy shop.
I have used a pearl card with a pink paper mat, then a sheet of digital paper from Vectoria Designs from the Mega Shabby Elegant Bundle. I coloured the image with pencils, inked a white paper doily and used foam tape to mount Miss Rosie Gal. I found those roses in my flower stash. They are a bit bulky but I will find an envelope to suit.
Don't forget to join our Sandra Caldwell Stamp Fans Facebook Group to stay updated.
There is a 50% sale on our DT New Release in Babycakesdnd Etsy shop for 24 hours, so go straight over to the shop, search SALE or filter your choice to the lowest prices and you will find the August releases on sale, but be quick.
I have entered digidesignchallengeblog: Pick 2 or More (Ribbon, Bling, Pearls, Die Cut(s)/Punch, flowers, button, lace) Challenge (disdigidesignschallenge.blogspot.com) using two elements - paper lace doily and flowers.

This month the image offered was The Raven, of course, Edgar Allen Poe comes to mind and what a great project to start a junk journal dedicated to this great writer. Here is my journal page.
I am entering Never More Designs: MONTHLY GOTHIC CHALLENGE
As soon as I looked at the image for August, I thought of a song that relates to the photo, so I decided I would make a page for a song journal. The idea is when I come across an image that reminds me of a song, I will create a journal page to add to my project. Here is my first page for this journal.
