Outlawz Progressive Challenge - September 2017
September's Outlawz Progressive Challenge features one of my favourite pets. Thank you Anne Fenton, a very talented DT member of the Outlawz Challenges. Anne has called the image, drum roll please, "Cat". I have designed a birthday card to suit the image. She is a very good artist and colourist.
