Friday's Freebie 31st January 2020

This Friday's Freebie at Bugaboo Stamps is Winter Kidz Girl and will be available here for a week starting the last day of January. Can you believe it - one month of 2020 gone already.

If I fall in love with an image, sometimes I just want to keep the project for myself.  That is why I made an ATC for me!  I love rabbits and have had a few as pets in my younger years, even after I married.

Here is the ATC for my collection.  I used a chipboard ATC from my stash that I had already made a background for - purple of course, my favourite colour.  I coloured the image with Copics and did a search for a suitable klovable quote about rabbits.  I didn't even look at my stash of ATC backgrounds until I was ready to mount it on the ATC and I found one straight away, and guess what more shades of purple!  Well what a surprise NOT!

Friday Freebie 24th January 2020

This Friday's Freebie at Bugaboo Stamps is Turtles - Birthday and is available for a week before the image changes.  The Freebie is always available here.

I decided to make a birthday card with this image and copied the image twice and altered the size so I had 3 turtles in a row celebrating.  I came up with the sentiment myself, hoping it wasn't too corny.

Bugaboo Stamps is 10 years old!

This month we celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Bugaboo Stamps and hasn't Jodie produced some fantastic digital stamps for us over the years.  Thank you Jodie for the great images you have given us over the years.  You would have to be the most generous supplier of digital images in the world - Friday Freebies, generous discounts of up to 50-60%.  You are a gem and I don't know how you do it with all the other obstacles in life you have.  Thank you so much.

Our theme for this year's birthday celebrations is "Down on the Farm" and we want to see Bugaboo critters in your projects.

Here is my inspiration for the Theme Challenge.  I have used Farm Critter Stack  for this birthday card, the image is a perfect combination of Jodie's farm critters.

SheepSki Designs - January 2020 Blog Challenge

The first theme for 2020 is "Square Cards" and there are so many beautiful images that fit the bill at SheepSki Designs.  I have used Ball Gown for my square Birthday card, coloured with pencils and of course chipboard from Make It Crafty.  I am so sad Zoe is closing her business, I have been buying from her a long time and will miss her. Now back to my card.  I have raised the image with double-sided foam tape.  I have also decorated my card with resin hearts and leaves and a flower from my stash.  The Make a Wish piece of chipboard is from Scrapmatts.  Of course, I have been looking at quotes and found this one, perfect for a teenage girl's birthday card.
