Pre-Raphaelite Dreams January 2022

 As you would probably be aware by now our theme over at the Gecko Galz Blog Challenge is Pre-Raphaelite Dreams.

Besides the journal I showed you earlier in the month, I made  a Storage box for my Gecko Galz fussy cuts.

This was made using a cereal box and the Pre-Raphaelite Junk Journal Kit.

 

For my choice project I made a set of 6 ATCs using the How Does your Garden Grow collage set   and the Land of the Fey ATC set

Return to School

 Here are two cards I made for two of my grandchildren for their return to school next week.

On the left is Tiddly Inks "Book Worm" and the one on the right is "Skateboard Schoolboy" by Mo's Digital Pencil.  I have coloured them with pencils.

Bizzy Bec's Digital Stamp inspiration

 I decided to use one of Bizzy Bec's older digital images for this card.  I have had her in my stash for quite a while now, but she will never date, perfect for teenage cards. Today I have made a card for my eldest grand-daughter.  Last year was a very stressful time and she got through it with flying colours.  It was her first year of high school and she was very anxious about it.  Today this card tells her how proud we are of her and we hope Year 8 will bring lots of new adventures and good memories for her.  We love you Verity.

Twistoon Digital Stamps

 The stamp I am showcasing today is called "The Declaration".  I decided to add another Twistoon image and make a bit of a scene for the card.  It could be a card professing love for someone, or even  a Valentine's card or Anniversary card.  The image I used is "Vampy and Kitten" a really odd match for our clean-cut lover!

Twistoon Digital Stamps

 I have used a new release digital stamp from Twistoon "Stans Flag Gnome" to create a birthday card scene.  I also added "Maggies Paper Banner Gnome" and on the inside of the card " is "Stans Present" which happens to be a freebie in the store at the moment.  Oh I must not forget in the background you will see "Stans Mushroom House Background"

I promised I would get back into my Copic colouring this year, but I could not wait to check their condition, so I have coloured this card with my collection of ordinary coloured pencils, nothing too expensive in that lot.

Bizzy Bec's January 2022 Blog Challenge

 Our first Blog Challenge for 2022 and of course as always "Anything Goes".  I have created with "Burlesque Bessie" another of Bizzy Bec's digital stamps from the Pin up Girls range.

I have coloured this image with coloured pencils and gel pens.  I have used a background from The Paper Shelter and the clock and the sentiment are from Imagine that Digistamp (unfortunately now closed).

Don't forget you have all the whole month of January to enter our Blog Challenge.  Hope I see your creation there.

"Squares"

 Our first blog challenge for SheepSki Designs in 2022 and our optional theme is "Squares".  I started with the image "Gerbera Daisy" not exactly sure what I was going to do and it just went from square to square to square and so on.  I am not sure how many squares I used for the theme but I think I covered the twist OK.
