The Outlawz July 2018 Progressive Challenge

This month we were lucky to get an image from SheepSki Designs for our challenge.  I wanted to keep this card pretty CAS, not to take away from the beautiful tulips Andrea drew.  It is a beautiful image to colour and can be found in the SheepSki Designs Etsy shop.
